EA FC 25 on PS5 Manager Mode

I am having a lot of problems with EA FC 25 Manager Career Mode.

1. No notifications of transfer offers for players until the offer has expired 

2. Incorrect trophy or no trophy showing when winning a cup/league (Win FA Cup, displaying premier league trophy winning Europa league and no trophy lifted in celebration animation)

3. Random glitches like some one trying to take a throw in without the ball and getting stuck repeatedly trying to throw in a ball effectively freezing the game. Same in some instances with free kicks etc.

4. corrupted save files after game update meaning having to start a career all over again. This has happened 4 times now. Which is very annoying after progressing through seasons without simulating.

can someone advise me on what to do as this is very frustrating to the point where I won’t be buying this series of games again and truly I’m at the point now where I want my money back!
