Ea FC25 Strange error when launching game

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:Xbox Series S
Please specify your platform model. Microsoft Xbox Series S
What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID?
Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Player Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I get an error immediately when I start the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? a strange error appeared when starting the game: "FC 25 profile found on multiple storage devices. Please select a storage device to load"
What should be happening instead? normal game launch

Hello. I encountered this problem, I played for a couple of days, everything was fine, but yesterday evening a strange error appeared when starting the game: "FC 25 profile was found on multiple storage devices. Select a storage device to load"

I'm attaching a photo. After clicking

"ok" nothing happens.. please help I didn't use any third-party storage devices, I only played on my home console.

What l've already tried:

  • Restarting the console
  • Reinstalling the game
  • Clearing the console cache
  • Deleting the Xbox profile from the console and logging in again
  • Even resetting the console to factory settings (but with saving games, content and game progress)
  • didn't help

None of this solved the problem..

    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I open up the game on my Xbox, it keeps telling me "you have more than one storage device with a FC25 profile. Please select a storage device to load from." When I press okay I won't let me go any further, the same message just reappears.
