Ea scammed me 82x2 guaranteed 84+ gave out 83

I got a 82x2 pack that guarantees a player rated 84+ but when I opened mine I got 83 en-neysri as my highest rated player. This is such a ridiculous bug and I've tried to get compensation for this obvious fraudulent false promise but the livechat always says the team will contact me with a solution and after a day or two they just close my case without further communication. I just want the 84+ player I was promised...
