Edit teams not working

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Neither myself or any of the others in my group can fix it.
What happens when the bug occurs? You edit teams and transfer players between teams. You save it but when you try and edit the lineup, it doesn't allow you to change the players around.
What should be happening instead? It should work. 🤦♀️
I run an OCM and all of my players are having issues moving their players into their team. Sometimes it'll crash the game if you move too many and every other time it won't allow you to move the new players around in your team sheets. You'll try and switch 2 players around, it'll do the animation but the players will stay exactly where they are. Then if you've miraculously managed to sort your line up, it never saves.
Sometimes it works if you go into a game and edit the teams as you go into the game but then it'll cause new bugs. For example; One player (manages wolves) had all his new players in his team, had his tactics set up. He went into the game and it had reverted back to the standard Wolves squad and tactics. His new players were nowhere to be seen.
This game has real potential but at the minute, it's just unplayable and full of bugs.
