I cannot chain evolve my Jacobo Card

Gamertag : ArbiterWalrus

Platform : Pc (Steam)

Summary of Issue: I am trying to chain evolve my Jacobo card into La Roja and am unable to place him in it, error saying connection to EA servers was lost.

Name of the player  item that is causing the issue: Jacobo Gonzalez Rodriganez

    I have the same problem for the backline booster.

    The name of the player is Juan iglesias.
