Eligible player cannot be used for the Backline Booster -Juan Iglesias Chain Evo

I am trying to chain my Juan Iglesias evolution and when trying to put him in the backline booster evolution it comes up with ‘you have lost connection to the ea servers’. He is an eligible card for the evolution and I have already spent a lot of time completing him and wish to finish the full evolution which expires in 14 days so SORT IT OUT. I know other people are having the same problem - EA planning on fixing this bug? Or have I just wasted my time.

    @MalinJC the same with the cannon evo, i have done the la roja evo and the player is available for the "the cannon" evo but it appears the server error

      @FilipeMalheiro45 they just don't care , they've got your sweet cash so their job is done , they've already moved on to the next cash grab of eafc 26 and it's just the work experience kids in charge

    Same with the cannon evo for Andrés Garcia. Paid 5000 coins for him, completed 3 evos before and now I can't get the final evo.
    And THE CANNON expires tomorrow, so it's even worse
