What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 8:36AM - still ongoing
What is your time zone? GMT London
How often does the bug occur? 100%
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have a version of Vaclav Cerny that I put through the We Play Possession evo. He is 74 rated. He fits all the criteria to be put into The Cannon evo However when I select his card to preview the evo, I get an error.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs (selecting the player to preview the evo) on Xbox Series X, I get the following error then sent back to the main Evolutions page of Ultimate Team after pressing OK:"There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later."
There is also an issue with the web app as the requirement are incorrect in the web app and mobile app as it is stated only 2* skills as requirement when it should be 3* as on the console. So unable to test if player will fit on web app and mobile app.
What should be happening instead? There should be no error messages appearing, and I should be able to preview the card then confirm the start of the evolution. - 5 months ago
Before starting the FC 25 Division Rivals game on Xbox One, the opponent's ID could not be seen, but it was normal on PS4 and PS5, and FC 24 and FIFA23 were also completely normal on Xbox. This problem only occurred on Xbox FC 25, and it has been going on for a long time since September 20th, about a month, seriously affecting the experience of Xbox players. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Player is eligible but everytime it says error of that is not eligible. Player is Carmona, spanish player from Sevilla. Evolution is The Cannon.
What happens when the bug occurs? Player is eligible but everytime it says error of that is not eligible.
What should be happening instead? Player should be eligible and I should evolute him.
