Eligible player cannot be used for The Cannon Evolution

I can't evolve Isaksen. And I do not have much players to choose from The same issue with the backline evolution. 

I also have the same problem my nametag and alesensi10 I play from ps5 and now I also insert the error screen from the companion (always with the thomson player I think it is a bug of the player because it does not let him enter even in his base form 58) thank you very much

I have this issue too on Xbox series, also won't allow me to put them in on the web app and companion app as it says "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again." Even though my player is eligible. It's just bug after bug and it's ruining the game, please fix this soon.

• Issue: The Player Jacobo cant be put in the Cannon Evo because of Server Problems But every Other Player is able to be put in therefore it is no server issue

• Summary of Issue:  I  have an evolved player named Jacobo that I put through the Power Surge and La Roja evo. He is now 77 rated. He fits all the requirements to be put into The Cannon evo. However when I select his card to preview the evo, I get an error. "There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later." I try any other player that meet requirements (even with 3* skills) and it works, hence, not real server error. f I try to do it through the companion app the requirements are different. It says that 2 stars skill moves is the maximum.
