I believe the issue has been there since the cannon evolution has been released. I haven't been able to put my already evolved player into it even though he's eligible.
Same problem but with another player

I hope this problem is solved because the player meets all the requirements
I have the same issue with Jacobo, this needs to be fixed as I've used 2 evos already on this player and it would be a waste without using him in the cannon too.
