Eligible player cannot be used for The Cannon Evolution

    • Summary of Issue:  I  have an evolved player named Reed Baker-Whiting. He was put through the golden glow up evo. I am now trying to put him in the back line booster evo. He fits all the requirements, but when I try it says "There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later."
    • Name of the player item that is causing the issue : Reed Baker-Whiting
    • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): October 10th 2024, 8:30 central USA

      • Summary of Issue:  I  have an evolved player named Javi Hernandez that I put through the La Roja > Power Surge > Intro to stat Limits. He fits all the requirements to be put into The Cannon evo. However when I select his card to preview the evo, I get an error. "There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later." I try any other player that meet requirements (even with 3* skills) and it works, hence, not real server error. f I try to do it through the companion app the requirements are different. It says that 2 stars skill moves is the maximum.

        Which part of the mode? Evolutions
        Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 19/10/24
        What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 19:59
        What is your time zone? CST/CDT
        How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
        Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When Using evolution chain(on Jacobo),the evolution "the cannon" meets an error.
