Eligible player cannot be used for The Cannon Evolution

I have the Same Problem with another player.

Could you please help me?

  • Issue: The Player Jacobo cant be put in the Cannon Evo because of Server Problems But every Other Player is able to be put in therefore it is no server issue

I have the same error


Gamertag - McScouse

  • Platform - Xbox Series S
  • Summary of Issue - I have evolved Mary Fowler with Forward Forification Evo but now when I try to use The Cannon Evo I get an error’There was a problem contacting to the football ultimate server. Please try again later’ even though she meets the requirements.
  • Name of the player  item that is causing the issue - Mary Fowler
  • Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone) 7.54am BST 12/10/24
  • Screenshot of the error

This needs fixing otherwise I have wasted my Evo on this plater as I only used it to do the chain.

    @scousemouse30 I have the exact same issue for Mary Fowler but on PC, got it yesterday

        Can you unmark the resolved status on this? I don't think this issue is resolved.
