Evo Star to toty III don't show the player

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put guehi to evo star to toty I and II and IV, but when you go to put him on III he is not avaible to the evolution(he is in the requeriments to do the evo)
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't do the evo with guehi
What should be happening instead? I should be able to do the evolution with guehi
As you can see in the images, guehi is in the requeriments but he can not do the evo for some reason
@Tenshildo001After completion of IV evo, did you restarted the game? Can you try to search guehi manually and see if you are getting any error?
Also, try using App for toty 3 evo, See if guehi show up there.
