Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check requirements and eligibility on evolutions on the Companion app or webapp and compare them to the same evolution ingame on any console or pc. The critical bugs in evolutions are mann. Just look at your forum. I cant imagine a fix for this is hard.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cant start an evolution on either platform despite the fact that the player is clearly eligible for the evolution. Specific example «The Cannon» evolution. The same players show up as «eligible» players but the web app shows that they are not eligible even though they are. Already evolved players that are eligible for further evolutions also crash the menu when you try to evolve them…
What should be happening instead? It should have the same requirements on both app and ingame. And eligible players should be made able to evolve. Fin your coding, it must be sooo simple. The rulles on your evo are simple yes or no rules. I could make a simple excel sheet with coding for it that would work, and of i can do it the hard way you most definetely can fix it easier. Think about your paying customers! I have paid more that 6000 £ in fifapoints the last years, and so many others have too. You need to be more in touch with the playerbase and fix these problems that occur every single edition of this game.
