Evolutions bug

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:Xbox Series X
Please specify your platform model. Microsoft Xbox Series X
What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? Meercatbhoy
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Evolutions
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 02/01/25
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 22:00
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load UT- click on the evolutions tab and it will freeze
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs it freezes the screen once I click on the evolutions tab and then kicks me to Xbox homepage.
What should be happening instead? It should take me to the evolutions available

    Hey, @meercatbhoy, Please try logging in to your Ultimate Team account from the web or companion app. Remove any expired evos and claim any unclaimed evos levels, as this should resolve this issue.

    Hey, @meercatbhoy, Please try logging in to your Ultimate Team account from the web or companion app. Remove any expired evos and claim any unclaimed evos levels, as this should resolve this issue.

    @EA_Pulsar Hey, I cannot get onto my companion app due to having an old email connected to my ultimate team and cannot remember the password or recover details.

    Is there another way to fix this ?
