FC 25 Bug - Unable to Join Multiplayers Lobby in any Online Game Modes

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I would like to play multi-player game in UT mode
What happens when the bug occurs? The PC player in Ultimate Team cannot join the multi-player lobby of a PS5 player in all game modes
What should be happening instead? Be able to enter the co-op lobby

When I try to play any multiplayer game modes in FC 25 on PC by joining the lobby of a PS5 EA friend, I am able to receive the invite from my friend on the PS platform. However, I cannot join the lobby and am stuck on a black screen with a loading logo and a "Joining Game" notice.

This problem occurs every time, and I have never played with my friends since the game was released. Even after trying to remove my friend from the friend list and asking for EA support by chatting with real staff, the problem still has not been solved.

This significantly impacts my gameplay experience, and I am wondering why the game was released with so many bugs and deficiencies. I am so disappointed with the developers. Please try to solve this bug as soon as possible.

  • @NinqaPvPs Yes, so whenever I need to play Multiplayer game mode, I need to restart the game each match. I also found that if the match cannot start (E.g: the opponent left the game), the bug happens again and I need to restart the game. It is so frustrating for me and my friends if we need to wait for 2-3 minutes to reopen the game before I start each multiplayer game

  • So what's now? This problem has been there for nearly a month, and EA has no interest in resolving it. I have lodged three cases already in EA support. What is this company doing? Honestly

  • The game has released for nearly 2 months. I have contacted EA support for 3 times with case reference number #191353098, #189846392 and #191309424 but this company has no intention to fix it. The bug is still there and I cannot play any multiplayer game with my friends.
