FC 25 Career mode gameplay problem

PROBLEM: Gameplay in career mode changes automatically after few games in unplayable way (too fast and buggy) despite playing with simulation sliders.

I use combination of simulation mode with tactical AI behavior and legendary difficulty, but after few games of my career mode it changes the gameplay in unplayable way. It mostly happens in the evening after 8-9 PM CET. I play on Xbox series S. 

The game speed works fine when you enter the career mode save and for a few matches it plays at the respective speed, but after some games sometime gameplay suddenly becomes too fast as if you're playing on fast speed. The game becomes unplayable as passes and player movements become too quick, every shot = rocket goal. Despite having sliders on simulation.

Sometimes on the contrary AI just run towards the goal with no passes and sometimes AI never hit the goal, even it's empty.

After deleting the personal settings the game works normally for 3-4 matches, but after that the problem reappears.

I'm really sad with this, mainly because of no interest from EA. Some players have this problem since new engine (FIFA19) through different FIFA/FC, with no solve of this problem. EA will tell you its because of unstable internet connection, but it happens even with no internet connection at all. 

Does anyone know how to fix this?
