FC 25 disconnection after each match on ultimate team

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 18/11/2023
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 18.30 pm
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I think I got the bug by playing and quitting too many matches in a short period so you could try that to see if it comes up, I also give EA complete permission to look at my account.
What happens when the bug occurs? It disconnects me from ultimate and gives me a loss, this specifically only happens when a match finishes either by me leaving, the game ending naturally or my opponent leaving, my connection in general is fine as I use ethernet cable.
What should be happening instead? It should be updating my record of either a win loss or draw

The problem is that whenever I win lose or draw a match I disconnect from ultimate team and it says "cannot connect to ultimate team servers at this time" sends me back to the main menu then says I disconnected from the match no matter what the result is.

It only specifically disconnects me once the match has ended by either me or my opponent quitting or the game coming to it's natural ending, the is no problem with the connection before or in-between as I use an ethernet cable.

I read I might of been "soft banned" for 24 hours so I cannot upload a screenshot of the error incase playing a match resets the soft ban timer (which does not come up on my bans on my account)

I have read that many players are affected by this issue in both this game and last year's game and I would like to have the so called soft ban lifted if possible please, thank you.

    This happens when you have played or quit a lot of matches over a short period of time. It means you've reached the security limit. I recommend waiting about 24 hours. Once you can fully complete matches again, make sure you limit how many you quit. This post on X has more information.

  • l cant connect to ultimate team since thursday, couldnt play champs. missing so much xp imagine paying 60 dollars to a game that doenst work propertly unlucky, this problem is on PC ATM.

    Fix this problem or report something give us a update
