FC 25 freezing in career modes

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when i play 2 games in both career mods, after the second one i see black screen behind the after match menu. So i click continue, to the career menu where you manage team or something with your player, and then it stucks on loading screen to career menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? freezing and stuck on loading screen
