FC 25 Managers face bug

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform: PC
What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? Dorkkas912
Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing with a real life manager + comparing the preview with the selected model
What happens when the bug occurs? The Manager I select, when it is from a "minor" league, looks way different in the preview. The final face is a generic one. On top of that, after playing at least 1 or 2 matches, the hairstyle changes to something really bizarre too.
What should be happening instead? The managers should look like they are supposed to and not randomly get random funky hair styles

I've been looking at FC 25's Trello and nothing related to this bug is being investigated.
I'll attach some pictures to see the differences.

I will not attach pictures of the hair issues because this has been reported before too.

    This! I paid a lot to play the game early through ultimate edition and this bug happened the first day. I´ve been reporting this bug since september 20:th and it still hasn´t been acknowledged. The only game mode i play is career mode and this bug together with the weird stats for youth players destroys the experince. I,ve paid alot for a game i can´t enjoy and no one is even trying to fix it. This might actually be the last year i pay for this since offline players never get love from the devs...
