FC 25: Online Matches Disconnect with DNF Penalty and Automatic 3-0 Loss

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I experience this issue mostly while playing Rivals, approximately once every three matches. Occasionally, I encounter it in Rush and Battles, though less frequently. After the crash, I submit error reports and videos to help with troubleshooting.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game exits the live match abruptly, showing a black screen followed by the "report issue" screen. When I return to the game, I receive a "Did Not Finish Modifier" penalty, the game is registered as a 3-0 loss, and my stats/rank are negatively impacted.
What should be happening instead? The game should retain the match result up to the point of disconnection or cancel the match altogether without registering a defeat. This behaviour penalises the player unfairly for an issue likely related to EA Sports servers.

I expect compensation for this issue.
The game is designed to encourage daily play to maintain progress, yet I am unfairly punished for attempting to participate.
This forces me to play more than intended to recover from penalties caused by technical issues outside my control.


For context, other games on my PS5 work flawlessly, with no crashes or connectivity problems.
This indicates the issue lies with FC 25 rather than my setup.

    As a paying user - I demand an answer. The issue is still happening. Every 2-3 games Rivals is crushing and I lose my f**** time. 

    Wake up! 
    This doesn't happen in Clubs and rarely in Battles. 
    This makes it obvious that there is an issue with the game. 

    AGAIN - I am a paying customer, you need to consider my complain. I am sending the errors when I am prompt.

    What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was playing normally but then everytime I try to play Rivals the game stops and crashes randomly When I try to open the game again and go to Rivals again it crashes again. Same problem occurs when I try to play Kick off games not in UT.
    What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes ad sometimes the Console itself crashes
    What should be happening instead? The match should play normally and finishes without crashing

    It happened for me 20times or more and it's 100% of the time since yesterday.
