Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to my account, you can see that I completed the objective of playing 40 matches of Champions Finals... I got the red card evo slot, but when I redeemed it, it immediately expired and disappeared from the Evo tabs. It has been days and I still cannot find my red shell Champions cosmetic evo slot
What happens when the bug occurs? I'm robbed of my well-earned cosmetic evo card slot
What should be happening instead? give me back the red shell evo slot back please?

    @gpahorace It seems that EA does not care about us anymore. They knows that they did bad game full of bugs and they gave up.

      @Fiftin_87 That's what they want you to do.  Just forget about it.  But I earned it after hours of gameplay.  Do you want to join me in reminding them every day?  Or just give up?

      It really takes just a few lines of code for them to send the evo slots back to us.  Is it really that hard?
