I am writing to report an issue with the throw-in bug in EA Sports FC 24 that has affected my gameplay, points, and ranking. 4/11 Approximately 1:15 AM Melbourne time, during a Squad Battle match, the game froze at in-game time 87:45 when I was winning 4-0. After waiting over 15 minutes in real-time, the match clock reached 101:20 (for a 90-minute game) and still did not resume. I eventually had to exit the game, which resulted in a counted loss, causing a complete loss of Squad Battle points and affecting my weekly ranking.
Last week, I achieved an Elite 1 ranking with 26.5K points, but due to this incident, reaching this level again seems unlikely. This bug has affected my overall experience and, unfortunately, my ranking and rewards, which were beyond my control.
I am requesting compensation for the lost points and a review of my Squad Battle ranking for the current week. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this bug, but this instance has had a significant impact on my gameplay progress.
