FC25 Bug - player stuck in throw animation in Champions

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? the game timer becomes real seconds as the ball is out and the player is locked to the throw in taker who is in a loop of the throw in animation but without the ball. The game is then unable to end, 10 mins of added time was given, now at 111mins and counting
What should be happening instead? the ball should be throw in and play continue, and the game should end

I've been forced to leave the game, loosing all points, objectives, forfeiting 3-0, and loosing out on one of the 12 games in the weekly period. I was up 5-0 on world class when it stopped at 55 mins.
