FC25 Bug - player stuck in throw animation in Champions

Happened to me exactly like this right now in FUT Champions. Had to shut down the game and therefore losing it (even though the score was 1-1). The tech support said it was a problem with my connection and therefore refused to give me any sort of compensation. Now I see that it’s not only me, and as I claimed, it’s definitely a bug and not a connection problem. I ask for any sort of help with compensation for this bug.
