What happens when the bug occurs? You new throw in taker walks over to pick up the ball but never does, and repeats the throw in anamation till the end of the half

Hi, I am playing one of my fut champs games and i’m down 3-2 With a whole half remaining, and off a throw in the other player switches his taker of the throw in and the game just bugs. with his player being stuck repeating a throw in anamation, and this had gone on for the rest of the half. And in the end with me losing the game 3-2 and losing out on going 9-6 in fut champs. Is there any chances i could be Compensated for this game. I had a chance of getting rewards and now it is gone due to a bug in gameplay here is a clip from the gameplay. Thank you

I was 2-2 in playoff for FUT champs, lost the game for this bug, probably won't qualify because of that, ruined my weekend league, and wasted my time, if there's no compensation for no one about this issue what are we doing here, this stuff make me wanna stop playing and paying for sure
