FC25 Bug - player stuck in throw animation in Champions

Busy playing champions. Ball went out, ran with my striker down the line, pressed long throw, ball just fell to the grass and player stuck in the animation. He later started spinning after every 4th throwing animation. Game never continued and lost the match.
