FC25 Bug - player stuck in throw animation in Champions

This just happened to me for the first time in squad battles. My throw in player switched for whatever reason, then the ball rolled off out of reach, leaving my player stuck throwing nothing, over and over. Now I’m staring at an 0-3 loss and a big fat zero for points earned after having to quit and open the game again.
