FC25 Bug - player stuck in throw animation in Champions

I’m playing fut champions and this happened at 70th minute, when my opponent left controller and stopped playing, the ball went out to throw-in and it’s bugged the player can’t do a throw is throwing the air what can i do? i don’t want to leave match by turning off my playstation because i will get a lose while i’m winning 5:1.
