I have restarted the switch, deleted and reinstalled the software and still the same error. Nintendo tech support stated to contact the game developer as there is a "bug"

- Where exactly does the crash occur: Every time I try to connect my user
- Can you provide any steps to reproduce the issue: Open the sofware, and every time I chose my user, the game crashes with the following message: "Software was closed because an error occurred"
