fc25 I cant change my players face in player carer

So i was trying to make a new player carer save and when i got to changing the face hair and all that i couldnt select anything or move the box to select anything so i have to use the faces from ea p...

this happened to me too on pc, they just gave me a random face and I somehow can't edit my player anymore, im just stuck w/ this baldy ugly dev like looking character. please fix this crap asap EA.

    This happened to me too, I’m on switch and I just recently started a new player career. I don’t really know how to resolve this, EA please look into this,
