Hey there, that looks frustrating. Let us see what we can do to help. We have some questions for your first:
- Can you let us know what platform you're playing on? If you're on PC, can you provide a DxDiag?
- What steps have you taken so far to try and fix this?
- What are you doing before you are loading back into the lobby?
1. Yeah I’m on PC but I have no idea what a dxdiag is.
2. I haven’t taken any steps to fix it as I’m useless I just shut the game down and start up again
3. I finish the game, advance all way to lobby and that’s what shows up
