Thanks for providing your DxDiag. I'm seeing some Windows Scan for Updates errors which could mean you have some pending Windows updates. Can you check your PC to ensure all your updates are pushed through before re-launching the game?
It's also possible your Nvidia driver is outdated based of the date. Can you double-check your driver by downloading the automatic updater here? You can also install it manually but I personally recommend the automatic updater so it's one less thing to worry about.
Hi, I have the same problem and it happens about 90% of the time across all game modes. I also get the store error when all i see is a grey box and the game freezes. DX Diag is attached and note that the error with the motherboard GFX card is that i have it disabled to STOP games getting confused. All drivers (inc BIOS) are updated to my knowledge.

What you're experiencing sounds like the store issue the FC team is investigating.Do you recall what you were doing at the end of the games when it's loading back to the lobby? Were you in a penalty shootout?
- 11 months ago@EA_Blueberry I've updated everything and still same issue. Just to let you know, my friend logged to his account on my PC and... everything works fine. I even tested few times and lobby is loading everytime so it has to be an issue with my account.
After that, I deleted every profile save which was in my FC25 and still I have inifite lobby loading after playing Pro Clubs league game, drop-in or rush. Do you have any possibility to compare account attributes? - 11 months ago@EA_Blueberry Hi, the store error is random and has occured after accessing from season objectives and from direct access (including accessing directly from restarting the game and no other section of the game). FYI the loading screen issue happens after Rivals, Squad and Rush games. There is no specific scenario other than it is the end of a game and its trying to go back to the menus. TBH the loading screen is the main issue as that pretty much makes the game unplayable as i can access rewards from the app/wed if needed. Is that being looked at? Seems to be across platforms aswell.
