What you're experiencing sounds like the store issue the FC team is investigating.
Do you recall what you were doing at the end of the games when it's loading back to the lobby? Were you in a penalty shootout?

- Platform: PC (EA app)
- Summary of Issue: whenever I am in lobby/in match with console players I can't get to next league lobby in Pro Clubs. Only game restart helps - I tried to wait all night once but didn't let me in to lobby.
- Potential Repro Steps: done everything, reinstalled system, updated all drivers, make rules in firewall to bypass fc25 and ea anticheat
