Fc25 SP points bugged or not updating

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’ve completed the Endrick Jersey Objectives recently but I didn’t receive the SP for doing them. I did the score 3 objective and received those rewards but the Play 3 games and win 3 games I just finished including the whole objective reward, which I didn’t receive at all. I also completed the “Score 10 Goals with players from Uruguay but I also didn’t receive the 1000SP too. Please fix this cause I’m trying to finish the Season Pass before it ends. I’ve tried resetting the app and all sorts of stuff like that hit nothing has helped.
What happens when the bug occurs? No SP arrived into my season pass
What should be happening instead? SP arriving into my account
It says I’ve completed the objective but I didn’t receive ANY SP so please fix this thanks
