Formation/tactic unable to change

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Previous fc game we were able to change the formation in main setting before starting the player career mode but this time in fc 25 once saved the formation and enter the player career mode it's missing.
What happens when the bug occurs? The formation or tactic we had changed in main setting its not being carried to the player career mode and we are stuck with default formation.
What should be happening instead? The formation/tactic should be changed in player career mode based on our setting made in main setting,it shouldn't overwrite with default setting.
Hope EA DEVs able to solve this bug as we are stuck with default formation in player career mode. Even had tried to delete the default formation but it seems the formations coding can't disappear.
