game crashes on evolutions selection screen and eveloutions starts randomly

Everytime I try to open my club or click evolutions my game force closes and takes me to the Home Screen

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? How I believe the bug happened was (probably) a weird server error when I tried to claim an Evolution level on one evo, but the server didn't put my level acceptance through. Then, without realizing I hadn't actually claimed the new evo level, I selected a different Evo to be the active one, and upon doing this my game crashed. Now, no matter what I do, my game crashes the moment I try to open the Evos tab.
What happens when the bug occurs? Now, no matter what I do, my game crashes the moment I try to open the Evos tab.
What should be happening instead? The Evolutions tab should open without crashing my game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i tried playstation reset like it said for the certain error code and the game still crashes when i try to open evo
What happens when the bug occurs? I open the evo section and the game blue screens instead of taking me to my active evos the game crashes and won't allow me to access it at all
What should be happening instead? the evos should pop and allow me to select and redeem completed evos

Evolution section causing game crash. Was working fine on thursday and has kept crashing since. tired psn reset and all troubleshooting methods. I can't evo anybody  not even on ps5 or ps4. Last evo i finished was Luis Diaz 

Having similar issue. Started playing on PC. No crashes, then had a few random crashes when in squad. Now when I go to EVO's tab my game crashes EVERY single time. I have tried literally everything I have found from EA and online and nothing has worked. The PC version is so unoptimized, nothing works properly, and when it does, it doesn't last long.

I know OP is on Xbox. I would appreciate acknowledgement of this and some guidance on how to fix!

Why does my game crash everytime I go into evolutions 

I had the same issue i was gonna evo a player but i left my console and it shut off like it usually does but for some reason the evo started.

Have you found a way to fix this because I am getting this issue now
