Game crashing while playing Offline Draft Mode

I played four matches in offline draft mode today, but two of them crashed, and the game quit unexpectedly. Upon reopening, I was considered to have lost 3-0.
In my first draft entry, I played the first match normally, but during the second match, around the 75th minute, the opposing team’s players suddenly disappeared, and the game closed. When I reopened it, I found that I had been given a 3-0 loss, despite leading 8-1.
I used another token to enter the draft again. The first match went smoothly, but in the second match, the issue occurred even before kickoff—opposing players were invisible, and only my players were on the field before the game crashed again, this never happened to me before and I played more than 800 matches in FC 25 so far.
This has cost me the rewards for two draft entries, and I’m hesitant to enter again and risk wasting another token. Could you please investigate this issue? Is there any chance of having my two tokens refunded?
