game freeze and crashes entire pc

i have bought the fc 25 ultimate edition ...whenever i try to play the game after opening around 1-2 minutes after the game crashes and freezes the entire pc....leading to restart....tried everything thats available on the internet...nothing helped...please resolve this issue ...what the point of buying early if we cant play....
