Game freezes at halftime

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:PC

Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game, any given random match will have your game freeze att halftime
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes att halftime and there's no way of starting the second half. the only way to finish the game is to sim it entirely but even then your inputs are not going to work in the menu after the game. So you're going to have to reboot the game either way and lose your progression
What should be happening instead? Of course you should be able to start the second half

I see people have reported this bug across earlier games and in different modes so I suppose you don't give a * about this. Does non of the money this company scam out of kids go towards developers and testers?

    Happened twice to me in Career mode. Once in the second leg of the Champions League quarter final against Milan and once against Liverpool in the FA Cup semi final. This company can't fix decade old bugs like throwing out for a goal kick and somehow introduces new ones when all they do is rerelease the same game every year.

    @MagikLettuce Yep, this is where everything is headed nowadays. People play this game because it's football and we love the sport, it's a shame that * at the top can't realize what a privilege it is to produce the "official" game for the worlds biggest sport, it's just a cash cow and have been for a decade

    Same problem, never happened before with the other fifa games, but this year it does and thus the game is barely playable for me. It happens every second or third game ...

    @Shabodezzz Yup... this happened to me in FC24, then they patched it. But if they managed to find the problem and fix it in the previous game... how on Earth did they manage to let it happen this time around and still haven't fixed it to this day, well into the launch?! Billionaires these guys are... BILLIONAIRES!!!
