Game freezes when collecting objective rewards

I'm on Xbox and game is crashing to the point I've turned it off

The issues I'm having is when I buy a Ned player and try to add him to squad the game crashes.

When I receive pack s from objectives and try to open store the game crashes

Whenever I receive packs for doing objectives etc it says Updating Store then proceeds to go to the store for my packs but the packs crash just showing a grey area forcing me to exit the game entirely and having to restart it to access them. This happens every time on Xbox Series X

Same here on Xbox series s. 

Mad this game can be released with so many bugs. Definitely regret buying 

Hi all

On PS5 the game would randomly hang when collecting the objective reward in UT. I have to forcibly close the game and restart.

Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Whenever I complete an ut milestone, after claiming the objective prize, the game just goes to a blank screen and I cannot continue without rebooting the game

Also when entering a match, when the kit screen emerges, both kits are blurred.

Do an objective claim the pack and game freezes or grey box in the store game freezes I've had this over a dozen times on day 1 ridiculous 

The Game freezes as son as i collect my Objectives? Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi, 

Is anyone else experiencing constant freezing when navigating the UT menu. Happened several times now. I loaded up store just and all controls except RT (friends menu) wouldn't work. Couldn't press back, change category etc. Music still playing but seems UI just freezes. Have to constantly restart game. 

Happened when on objectives too

I've been experiencing constant and relentless crashes in UT whenever I try to collect rewards from "Objectives" or open packs.



* Screenshot 1: after completing an objective, when I’m supposed to receive a reward, the screen freezes.
* Screenshot 2: the game freezes while trying to collect a pack.
* Screenshot 3: when attempting to claim a reward. The game automatically redirects me to this frozen screen every time I open UT now.

The only temporary fix I've found is restarting my Xbox Series X, and it doesn't always work. However, as soon as I revisit the "Store" or attempt to claim another reward after completing an objective, the game freezes again.
In some cases, restarting hasn't even helped; the game still redirects me to the frozen screen. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, which temporarily seemed to work, but the problem reappears.
I want to emphasize how frustrating this issue is. We pay extra to get early access to the game, but it's so unfinished that it's unplayable. These aren’t minor bugs—they completely prevent basic functionality. I feel like I’ve been scammed.
