Game Glitched FC25

Please can someone help 

I was in the 4th game of an Online Draft FC25 and the ball went out for a throwing. The game then glitched and the throwing would not be taken, the player kept taking the throw without a ball and it glitched massively with no buttons working. 

then came up on the screen saying I’m playing inactively and that the game would be forfeited. This was a game bug and error and then it forfeit for me. I lost the 4th game therefore because it quit me for the bug and I didn’t get the best rewards. 

please can someone rectify this for me
