Game stuck on throw-in FUT Champs Final

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The player going out for the throw in gets tackled right before the ball gets out.
What happens when the bug occurs? The player gets stuck on trying to throw the ball while the ball is on the ground and not between his hands.
What should be happening instead? The player picks up the ball from the ground and throw it to continue the play

I was winning 4-2 in FUT Champs Final and the ball went out for a throw-in. Right before the player goes for the throw in he gets slide tackled and then the game starts the bug. He never seems to hold the ball between his hands and is attempting to throw the ball repetitively with no luck. The minute was 78 and i almost ended the game winning. Unfortunately the guy did not want to leave and we stayed until it became 120 minutes but the referee does not want to whistle. Eventually i was kicked out due to inactivity and this was considered a loss. I really need that win and i think this is frustrating to happen especially in FUT Champs Final. 
I would like a compensation accordingly or at least counting this game as a win
