Getting kicked out from ultimate team after matches

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11 pm
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Getting kicked out of ultimate team after every match, and the match count as a DNF (Do not finish) i have waited over 8 hours and still cant play.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get kicked out of ultimate team
What should be happening instead? I should be in ultimate team, and the match should count

    Whenever i enter ultimate team my game crashes i enter pro clubs and there is nothing wrong with it, i enter from another account and there is no problem but my account i cant enter.

    what kind of developing is this, people are already building teams and playing while i am just looking at a game i spent 72 bucks on to look at a home screen.

    How can i fix that the game kicks me out of UT after every match and when I open UT again i get the DNF message

    I was playing a match with my friend and when the match ended it kicked me out of Ultimate Team and now it keeps happening everytime i play a match

    I'm trying to play ultimate team matches when I finish the game it keeps kicking me out and returning me to main menu so I don't get any points or rewards.

    Hello, after doing some objectives with friends i'm getting kicked out of UT at the end of each match, is that possibly shadowban or any other kind of block?
    I've contacted EA Help but they said my account looks fine

    Keep getting disconnected when loss draw doesn’t really matter sat here opening packed but cannot play a game please help
