I pre-ordered the ultimate edition version of EAFC 25 on PS5.
Whenever I play a game (Kickoff, Seasons etc) and have the ball in possession, a grey box appears at the top of the screen for several seconds which makes the players unresponsive to any controller inputs. The box disappears momentarily and re-appears later. The issue is only when in possession of the ball.

Happening to me as well. It is so frustrating. I cannot find an answer for it anywhere.
So this issue is happening g to a lot of people, and yet EA support did not even chime in and find a fix?

Ea, it’s crazy how you see such game breaking issue and no one responded to it.
This is insane. They even refused to refund my purchase and said they are not aware of any such glitch when I finally managed to reach EA Support.

I am still having this issue and it is SOOOO frustrating. The only difference is my box is BLACK in the middle of the screen. It only appears when I press "L3" To get rid of the box, I have to stop and press L3 again, which causes a multitude of issues. Really making the game unplayable.
