hero prime evo cosmetics have a crashing bug first i cant evo my player so i had try with web app and i can evo my player but in ps5 console when i looking to hero prime card my game crash and i cant play game anymore please help

Completed an Evo at the last minute and now the game Just crashes when I try to go claim the evolution.
