Guide - How to share a Screenshot or a Video Clip.
Screenshots:
Screenshots always help us a lot in understanding what is happening on your screen and what you are seeing. Detailed descriptions are often helpful, but a visual look at what you are seeing can often help us to even better identify a bug and also, if necessary, pass it on to our game teams who will also have a visual look at the problem.
How do I take screenshots?
There are numerous ways to do this, depending on the platform, the options differ a bit, of course, but here are the most common ways you can take a screenshot:
Console screenshots: The popular consoles offer a built-in screenshot feature that you can use.
Upload your screenshot to your AHQ Bug report so we can review it and send it to our teams for investigation.
Videos:
Videos are usually the best option for us to understand your problems. Above all, they also prove to us what you see or have seen, so that we can then act accordingly.
How can I record videos?
The most popular consoles offer a clip feature allowing you to record and upload short video clips.
How do I upload them?
PlayStation:
The best and easiest option is to upload directly to YouTube.
Then, in your browser or on your phone, you can pull up the link and add it directly to your bug report, so we can access it.
It's best to upload the video as "unlisted" so that the video isn't shown to everyone on your channel.
Also, you have the option to download your video as a .mp4 video directly from your YouTube content dashboard:
OR
Turn on Auto-Upload for PlayStation
1. Go to your Playstation settings > Captures and Broadcast > turn on the "Auto-Upload" option.
2. Download the PS App for your Android or iOS phone and connect your PlayStation Account 3. Get all your video clips and screenshots directly uploaded to your app.
4. Open the media file and download it on your phone and attach it to your post on AHQ.
Xbox:
Open the Xbox Console Companion app on your PC.
Sign in to the app using your Microsoft account.
Select theCapturesicon on the left menu panel.
SelectOn Xbox Liveto view captures you’ve uploaded to the Xbox network.
