Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put Howard UT Prime Heroes in Evolution in new Prime Hero+ Evolutions
What happens when the bug occurs? As usual, EVOs are not tested before release Goalkeepers are not allowed in any evo even cosmetics So, if you got Howard UT Prime Heroes, cannot be used
What should be happening instead? UT Prime Heroes and Goalkeepers should be available for cosmetic evolutions

Bug: Put Howard UT Prime Heroes in Evolution in new Prime Hero+ Evolutions
As usual, EVOs are not tested before release
Goalkeepers are not allowed in any evo even cosmetics
So, if you got Howard UT Prime Heroes, cannot be used
