    Thank you all for sharing your feedback on this. 

    This can happen when you select your players and press the confirmation button too fast before checking the chosen item. Please be mindful of the selected player.

What type of issue do you have?: Claimed gundagon and got given the 86+ x3 pack
Which mode has this happened in? : ultimate team
How often does the bug occur?: just this once
 What happens when the bug occurs? : given wrong reward
What do you expect to see?: the gundagon card to be in my club
