Icon pack but get a hero

I bought the "Wachten op een hero-pakket" (Dutch) package twice, the description of which promised an icon 86+ item, but there was no icon item in the package.

hello... I have a question, is it an error that the package in which the icon should be is hero? I spent FIFA points thinking that I would have a basic icon of 86+, and I will get cards that cannot be played... please fix it because the translation in nederland is the basic icon and people are falling 

Hello, I recently opened the icon pack (3000 fc points) that said it contained players and a base 86+ icon. I only received a hero. What can I do about this?

Got the same issue. When i reached out to EA help i had a conversation with an AI. Didnt help me at all, costed me 30 minutes. I cant find anywhere where to reachout for help and it feels terwille. I wouldnt have bought the pack if the titel was Hero. I would like to receive a refund.

i have the same problem apparently only happened if you were dutch or with the dutch lenguage... smh i hope i get my coins or atleast the icon that i bought...

I spent an hour today on live chat trying to rectify this issue. The agent said there would be compensation but could not articulate when and how. I have requested a refund and haven’t heard back. The only thing I can do until I hear about the next steps is request my financial tracking from EA and escalate with Microsoft as it’s linked to the Xbox Store. Last option is to raise with ACCC. 

As a foundation member this is the last straw for me.

I opened 2 of them and got 2 heroes, are we supposed to get compensation?

I (as a dutchie) opened the dutch pack a few days ago where it said i would receive a 86+ icon.

When i opened the pack all that was inside was a hero.

I paid for it thinking i would receive a icon and the store also told me so, i didnt receive what i was paying for...

I would like to get fifa points back or a compensation for my order if possible.

I play on the pc and with my EA account you can probably see i payed for the pack and received a hero.

No icon but a Hero in a pack witch said 86+ icon

I just wanna say that im soon deleting this game cause how bad this game is. I buy a 380k pack with coins cause it said “guaranteed 86+ icon player” but instead I get a hero, and is not even a good one, kuyt worth like 20k. I lost 380k to a player that cost 20k! And today I open an icon pack, I have only got English icons from the others I’ve done. Now I got dublicate lampard. 

My question is that I’ve want compensation from the hero pack that said icon pack. And to fix the pack luck more cause I don’t wanna sub in all my fodder for a dublicate.
