Hey EA,
Come on, this is ridiculous! I grinded out Division Rivals, hit 45 points, and was ready for those sweet upgraded rewards. But guess what? I got the basic rewards instead. 😤
I talked to support earlier, and they first said it was fixed. Lies! Still nothing. Then they told me to just wait for some mystery team to maybe fix it someday. 🙄
This is beyond frustrating. I earned those rewards fair and square, and now I'm getting the runaround. I'm a loyal player, I spend money on your games, and this is how you treat me? 😠
Look, I'm going to be straight up. This needs to be sorted ASAP. I've seen other players get compensated for similar issues. I expect the same treatment, plus my missing rewards, obviously.
Get this sorted, or you'll have one very unhappy customer on your hands.
